Hi ...

Wed Aug 20, 2008, 2:24 PM
Hello once more!

I am transitioning into a new job!!! I have been teaching part-time for the past several years, and I am looking forward to teaching full-time. In case you are wondering, I am teaching Math and Statistics ...

Hopefully, this will allow me to process all the photos I have been accumulating. Any suggestions on how to begin processing several thousand photos???

:)

Hi!

Hi!

It's been awhile, but I have been shooting. Unfortunately, I dropped a hard drive containing my last three/four years of work and I find that to recover the images, the cost is anywhere from $600 to $1000.

I have been fortunate that I have found a vendor who can place images on metal, wood, fabric, etc. at fairly large sizes. I currently have a golden dragonfly on a bluebonnet that measures 2.5 x 4 ft. It does take up a lot of space. I am trying to figure out how to hang it ...

I plan to be going to Big Bend in Texas in March to see flowers and mountains/deserts.

Hope you all are doing well!

It's ME again ...

hello everyone!

The latest news is that I have begun processing photos to review and select the best to add to this gallery. Many, many flowers, some landscapes (Big Bend, Enchanted Rock, and maybe some from the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge), some people (a Trash the Dress event and a Lighting Seminar), some of the San Antonio Missions (not the semi-pro baseball team), and some urban exploration.

Also, my photos have been selected to hang on the wall of a local restaurant and I can sell them there as well. Also added some photos to my print account, just in time for Christmas ...

hello everyone!

The latest news is that I have several thousand photos to review and to select the best to add to this gallery. Many, many flowers, some landscapes (mainly in infrared), some people, some of the San Antonio Missions, and some urban exploration. Right now I am looking at ways to greatly simplify my workflow from RAW photos to submissions. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
