I have tried many times to capture this type of lighting situation with the camera ... I just need to be able to adjust the sun a little bit

Maybe try to bring a reflector to direct the sunlight and spread it to where you
want it?

wonderful capture! i like the lighting as well, makes it feel like it might of been in the early morning before the sun had reached this spot..
